Do all B GREAT products have a subscription option?

We currently offer subscriptions for our Hemp Oil, and Hemp Capsules. Skincare subscriptions are coming soon!

How do I get started?

It’s easy.

Visit the product page for the item you are interested in and choose the “Subscribe and Save” option as well as the frequency you’d like to receive the product. If you don’t already have a B GREAT account, you will be asked to create one, then once you do, you will be able to check out and activate your subscription. That’s it!

When will my order be delivered?

When you chose the “Subscribe and Save” option, you’ll be asked to select the frequency of your subscription – every week, every 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 weeks, 2 months, or 3 months. Your initial order will be processed within three business days of completing your order. Your orders will continue to be placed based on the selected frequency on the date you placed your initial order.

How is shipping handled?

Subscription shipping is free and your item will be sent by standard shipping, arriving to you within 7-10 business days.

How do I change the frequency of my subscription.

Log into to your B GREAT account here and click the “My Subscriptions” tab. On the subscriptions page you can change the frequency of your subscription by clicking the blue “Change Frequency” button.

How do I change my payment method?

To update or change your credit card log into your B GREAT account here and choose the “Credit Card” tab.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your B GREAT account here, select “My Subscriptions,” and select “Cancel Subscription.”

 Are there any additional terms & conditions?

In addition to our regular terms and conditions, subscriptions cannot combine other promotions or discounts.
